We are excited to be working with some fresh operators in 2018. Our second new venue in Surry Hills is the prohibition style bar Soultrap. Located underneath Bar H Surry Hills this is a sexy space with tungsten lighting, stripped-back brick walls and vintage chairs. Owned and operated by Christophe Lehoux, formerly of Pocket bar Group, so you already know you are for a treat!
We are excited to be working with some fresh operators who have all been in the hospo' business for years, but in some cases have only just opened their own place in the last 6 months. Our third new venue in Darlinghurst is the aptly named 169 Darlinghurst, run by the same crew who own Tatler Sydney downstairs from the restaurant. 169 Darlinghurst is a cafe by day serving delicious Pablo & Rusty's Coffee Roasters and a sexy, swanky dining room by night.
Continuing on from last weeks announcement we would like to introduce Loluk Bistro, located behind Taylor Square, right on the border of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst. We will be including Loluk on both dining walk routes.
