After five months of thinking about it and pulling everything together our third Crafty Dining in East Sydney event took place without a hitch! A big thanks to our fabulous guests for participating so enthusiastically in the evening and our wonderful food & beverage providers and venue hosts.
The lovely crew who produce Sydney Craft Week from the Australian Design Centre interviewed our Director, Maree Sheehan this week.
We are excited to be working with some fresh operators who have all been in the hospo' business for years, but in some cases have only just opened their own place in the last 6 months. Our third new venue in Darlinghurst is the aptly named 169 Darlinghurst, run by the same crew who own Tatler Sydney downstairs from the restaurant. 169 Darlinghurst is a cafe by day serving delicious Pablo & Rusty's Coffee Roasters and a sexy, swanky dining room by night.
