This month we are happy to announce our newest addition, Bar Conte, to our Surry Hills Tour. The World’s first dedicated Negroni Bar and Italian Restaurant in Sydney. The menu features Italian dishes ranging from light Aperitivo snacks to hearty pastas. We have raided the bookshelf again! This time to embark on a global culinary journey, with essential reads that delve into the recipes, anecdotes and the dining hot spots on Planet Earth. It’s been a while between missives but we are back for 2024. Sydney has been bit by the love bug that is Sydney Mardi Gras. There is lots happening all over town as everyone gets into the spirit of celebration. Check out the festival programme here. We have a new player in Darlinghurst, bei bar & bistrot, located in the heart of the precinct at Taylor Square. We are looking forward to introducing our guests to the Mediterranean inspired menu, in the contemporary Scandi-vibe designed dining room of this Modernist 1930’s building.
