Crafty Dining in Potts Point
We are proud to announce our fourth Crafty Dining experience as part of Good Food Month and Sydney Craft Week. Showcasing the rich variety of vintage & contemporary fashion, design and dining options on the elegant streets of Potts Point.
Global Grapevine was founded in 2012 by father and son duo, Robert and Heath Felton.
The group’s endeavour is to bring a carefully selected portfolio of premium French, Italian and Spanish wines and champagnes, never before seen in Australia, from some of the finest vineyards in Europe, direct to the cellars of Australian restaurateurs and wine lovers.
Boasting an impressive portfolio of food and wine experience spanning nearly 25 years, Heath’s passion for all things gastronomy is the cornerstone of the Global Grapevine business.
Bringing over 35 years of experience in customs broking to the team, Global Grapevine co-founder, Robert Felton, is also the Managing Director and founder of renowned customs broking and logistics company, RL Felton and Associates Pty Ltd. With a lifelong passion and expansive knowledge of wine, Robert’s customs and logistical smarts have made his diversification into importing wine a natural progression.
Boasting a portfolio of wines stretching from Champagne to Bordeaux, Veneto to Sicily and Priorat to Penedes, Global Grapevine strives to offer unique, interesting and great wines that will excite the Australian wine palate.
Heath has some great business relationships in the Potts Point hospitality community including his good friend Penny Lawson from Penny’s Cheese Shop. During Sydney’s recent lockdown the duo held several online cheese & wine tasting sessions attracting up to 120 viewers per session. Wines & cheeses were delivered around the hood the day of the event and viewers were able to sit back and enjoy learning about the vintage they were imbibing on their own couch.
So wine lovers are for a treat at this years Crafty Dining with Heath matching his fine selection to each of our menu items. And of course he will be there on the night to fill you in on what your drinking.
